Investment Attractiveness as a Modernisation Potential
Abstract
The article presents the specialties of upgrading potential and sociocultural feature of Tula Region development. The author represents the analysis of the region in conditions of primary and secondary modernization. The paper studies economic indicators, knowledge indicators, and social indicators of primary modernization, specific density of subindexes and indexes of integrated modernization.
