Abstract

In April 2016 the Institute of Philosophy of the Russian Academy of Sciences held lectures and a round table with the participation of the largest specialist in the theory of complex systems Klaus Mainzer (Germany). The round table was dedicated to the problems of social and humanitarian risks of NBICS-technologies development. The scientists discussed the following issues: the problems of interdisciplinary expertise and selection of paradigmatic anthropo-technosphere development projects at the «embryonic» stage of the 6th technological wave, the foresight methodology, decision-making risks under instability conditions and the situation of increased complexity and interacting with BigData, the prospects of cognitive technologies using. Much attention was paid to auto-poetic nature of social realization of convergent technologies through co-evolution of anthropo-technosphere vital words, transdisciplinary aspects of socio-technological expertise, education, ethical and valuable setting of future formation, which are the parameters of the order of creation of roadmaps of civilizational development. It was shown how the Umwelt-analysis method managed to single out the basic challenges and risks of anthropo-technosphere development, their genetics and the perspective of controlling them.
