Медицинские технологии: вопрос об интенциональности
Аннотация
В статье рассматривается отношение «доктор - пациент» в терминах феноменологии техники. Используя феноменологическую модель «человек -инструмент - мир», предложенную Д. Айди, автор анализирует феномен возрастающего количества технологических посредников между врачом и пациентом в двух проекциях: 1) как «заботу» в проекции интенционально-го акта и 2) как «ответственность» в проекции интенционального объекта и показывает, что технологические процессы и эффекты заботы и ответственности в медицинской практике находятся в тесной связи с исторической динамикой феноменов субъективности и интенциональности.
