Author Guidelines

Submitted articles should be accompanied by a title, information about the author (authors), an abstract of 200-250 words, and keywords (7-10 words) both in Russian and English. Information about authors should include full name, place of work, academic degree and rank, home address, telephone and e-mail, SPIN-code in the Russian Science Citation Index (if available) and ORCID.

Articles should not exceed 40 thousand characters with spaces. It is strongly recommended to send the full text of an article in two languages: Russian and English. The Russian text will be published in the print version of the journal, and the English text – in the electronic one (in special cases, in the print version too).

Citations in the text of the article, should be inserted in square brackets, and, at the end of the text, notes and references should be listed. The article should contain sections “Cited Literature” and “References”, which list the literature in Cyrillic and in Latin scripts respectively. If no literature in Cyrillic is cited, only the “References” section is required. See the journal for examples of formatting citation and references.

The references should include all the publications that are necessary for the complete substantiation of author’s position. It is recommended to quote the results of modern research published in international English-language journals. The authors of the materials take responsibility for the accuracy of citations and information given.

The text of the article should be structured and contain an Introduction, sections and Conclusion.

Authors are encouraged to send additional information about themselves and their photo, which will be published on their personal page on the journal’s website, and in some cases, in the print version.

Published materials can be edited, of course, with the retention of author’s ideas.

Submission of articles, reviews, information or any other materials to the editorial board of the journal automatically implies the transfer of copyright to the organization that publishes the journal. The positions of the editorial board and the author do not always coincide.
