Actual Problems of Contemporary Global Studies: The Socio-Natural Aspect
Abstract
The article considers the most important problems of the new interdisciplinary feld of scientifc knowledge of global studies, associated with the theoretical and applied aspects of use of its potential. Special attention is given to the processes of globalization, frst of all, in the sphere of interaction between nature and society, discusses the concept of sustainable development and of the noosphere, assess their importance and role in the life of modern society, including in Russia.
