Abstract

The article takes up the problem of defnition of the concepts of the rights, freedoms and human security, in a special way being shown within socio-natural system. They are defned by comprehensive dependence of the human on the environment. His rights are adequately realized, he is free and is in safety only in the conditions of favorable environment. Destroying the nature with its activities, society encroaches on the rights, freedom and safety of individual. To achieve their adequate realization, the mankind should deal with the nature carefully, protecting the biosphere from destruction.
