Synergetics as a Factor of Social Comprehension (The Case of Forced Migration)

Abstract

Social system as an integral self-organizing system is polydetermined and multidimensional, therefore the question of involuntary resettlement requires a complex approach. Involuntary resettlement in many respects depends on the center-periphery relationship. Various forms of social metabolism are analogous to negentropical sources, replenishing the process of order formation, which allows to provide a social system with additional resources, to renew its economic, cultural and information potential. Population movements bring the exchange of human resources, which is a form (channel) of penetration of cultural innovations into a society.
