The «Absolute War» as a Symbol of the 21st Century
Abstract
The article discusses the concept of «absolute war», introduced by K. Schmitt in the second half of the 20th century. It shows its origins, nature and modern characteristics such as the dominance of «moral discourse» in international politics, the formation of a «space of betray», the phenomena of «absolute sovereignty», «worldwide paternalism».
