The «Post-positivist Revolution» and the Philosophy of World Politics

Abstract

This article aims at analysis of the contemporary phase of development of the philosophy of world politics. Particularly, it examines the discussions between traditional paradigms of the philsophy of world politics and post-positivism as well as the implications of the so-called «post-positivist revolution» for this academic discipline. The research agenda which will be a subject of debates between various schools in the philosophy of world politics in the foreseeable future is outlined.
