The article considers current problems of globalization and terrorism. The author stresses that globalization which was forcibly imposed by the West, violated the objective logic of the historical process, and created a modern international terrorism.

In the article extremism is viewed as the main trend of global developments. It is substantiated that the spread of extremism is caused not only by establishment of a “polycentric world order” and as a protest against the financial profiteering model of economy, but also by the use of specially developed political technologies. In combination, the above mentioned factors are a serious challenge to the global security as a whole, and regional security in particular.

The article tries to clarify the political conditions for the realization of justice in Russia. It says that now it is important not only to continue the studies of justice as a theoretical conception, but also reflect on the ways of its practical realization. The author claims that democratization and development of civil society become key precondition for the realization of justice. According to the author, the theory and practice of participatory democracy have a great significance for Russia. On the other hand, according to many experts, the state remains a key actor in the socio-political life of Russia, which forces developers to seek a «compromise» between the democratization of society and a statist manifestations of national character.

The authors consider bureaucracy as a rationally organized management of organizations, enterprises and society. Despite its different tasks bureaucracy has common features. The paper provides analysis of the concept of «bureaucracy» with reference to its functions and dysfunctions. Evolution of capitalism and the corresponding evolution of types of bureaucracy are analyzed, and new types of bureaucracy are outlined.

The article is devoted to an issue, how the problem of psychophysical parallelism is solved by Nicolas Grot and Carl Jung. The text starts with a synopsis of views on the psychophysical parallelism. A particular attention the author pays to how Grot and Jung tried to resolve issue of correlation between physical and psychical with help of energetic paradigm. Separately is considered an issue of interpretation the notion “energy” in Grot’s and Jung’s works.

The article deals with the problem of inexpressive knowledge in Far-Eastern aesthetical tradition, as opposed to the knowledge based on social-oriented text. The latter, during the last 2,5 thousand years existed as the main form of true knowledge about the Universe in the West.

The article is dedicated to the analysis of the problem of religious feeling in philosophical thought of the late 19th and early 20^tth century. The author demonstrates the development of the concept of religious feeling in this period, its importance for conceptualization of aims and methods of psychology of religion and for understanding of correlation of psychology of religion and philosophy of religion. The author concludes that the term “religious feeling” cannot be defined unambiguously and demonstrates its heuristic importance for contemporary studies in the field of psychology of religion and in the history of religious studies.

The Russian State University for the Humanities (RSUH) initiated a new model of the educational institution called the International Institute of New Educational Information Technologies (IINEIT) which has a developing inner structure. This year it sees its 15-th anniversary. The IINEIT, headed by Sergei V. Kuvshinov, creatively applies the latest digital Hi-Tech devices in the field of liberal arts, expanding cross-disciplinary and expert approaches and modern educational methods to solve both theoretical and practical problems connected with the education of schoolchildren and students.
