The article discusses the Kantian transcendental deduction of Right. Right as a complex value system requires its own justification. The idea of right a priori is the transcendental condition of the constitution and the definition of social life in terms of the highest moral and legal values and norms deriving from them, i.e. law. At the base of the right is a priori reason idea of freedom.

The article examines the theoretical conception of postanarhism, insufficiently studied phenomenon in Russian philosophy and sociology. Attempt to revise the theory of a stateless society, which is made by theorists of this conception and Saul Newman in particular, not only helps to analyze the latent tendencies of classical anarchism, but also to understand its transformation in today's socio-cultural paradigm.

The basis of the comparison made is the changeable attitude towards knowledge and cognition, which forms new epistemic communities.

The aim of this paper is to examine the so called “one-level account of consciousness” based on the idea of pre-reflective self-consciousness. The account shared by the most phenomenologists (F. Brentano, E. Husserl, J.-P. Sartre, D. Zahavi) is compared with the “Higher-Order Thought theory of consciousness” (the HOT theory), which in turn is aimed to elucidate the structure of conscious mental states. In light of the analysis, the author attempts to relieve the difficulties of the both lines of thought by taking into consideration the pre-consciousness self-cognition as the necessary condition of possibility of consciousness.

It shows its origins, nature and modern characteristics such as the dominance of «moral discourse» in international politics, the formation of a «space of betray», the phenomena of «absolute sovereignty», «worldwide paternalism».

The article discusses the problem of erosion of explicit religious dogmatism in Western culture, especially in Christianity, that there has been in the process of secularization of social consciousness in the New Times. As an example, we consider a variety of social movements and, in particular, the development of dogma’s theory. It is concluded that although dogmatism of traditional religious forms is displaced from the mass consciousness, but in the course of globalization there is an attempt to impose a new implicit dogmatism and enslave the public consciousness in the new religious forms. It is assumed that social (socium) basis of this tendency is the so-called “new economic order”.

Russian Imiaslavie (praising the name, onomatodoxy) has been left without being mourned and unthought. Meanwhile behind his mythologized wording there was a key problem not only for theurgic and mysterial practice of Russian church, but also for our understanding of the word and name. The present article reveals the hidden meanings of Imiaslavie, returning it from the historical marginality to the attention of the philosophical community.
