The essay explores the genesis of one of the key concepts in continental philosophy of personalism - the concept of the “Other”. Analysis employs two principle approaches to the problem - philosophical and psychological. From the stand point of the former, the key figure of the hereunder discourse is Hegel and his theory, while the later will be represented predominantly by Lacanian ideas.

Abstract
The author of the article expresses and substantiates the thought that Nietzsche’s idea of the eternal recurrence is, in essence, a mystic doctrine of the recurrence to oneself, enlightenment leading to the transformation of the human consciousness and psyche. Nietzsche’s Superman (Übermensch) is a mystic. The Nietzschean triad: “will to power” - “eternal recurrence” - “Superman” is the spiritual Way of a man who possesses the will to power over oneself, who has embarked on the Way of the eternal recurrence to oneself and has reached the state of the Superman - a god-like being. Nietzsche’s doctrine is for everyone, as every person contains “God’s spark” and. for no one, as rare people have the spiritual power to embark on this Way and to return to oneself-original, to oneself-child, one who is able to enjoy and to love life “beyond Good and Evil”.

Abstract
The article concentrates on the analysis and characteristic of the phenomenon of the virtual communication playing the dominating role in the world of electronic culture. The essence and specifics of virtualization process of modern culture is presented. In article offers a classification of virtual communication types depending on character of the relations of subjects, and submittes the review and the analysis of specifics of the social networks which arose in recent years. The author reveals the lines and features inherent in ethics of virtual communication, and opens associated advantages and risks to the person and society.

Abstract
The article concerns the problem of the relatively low efficiency of labour in Russia in the context of the analysis of the theoretical concepts, which include different ideas about the character of its modernization. The author tries to defend the point of view, according to which the most important task of the social theory today is not a criticism of Russia’s development from the standpoint of the theory of catch-up modernization, but rather the search for the inner grounds of development, the necessity of relying on the resources of one’s own culture.

This article analyzes the impact of personal modernization on the efficiency of economic development in Russia. It examines the theoretical origins of the concept of personal modernization, the role of personal modernization in the development of the Russian society, shows the state of human development and human capital in Russia today, as well as the trends and prospects of personal modernization in Russia. Thus it concludes that the impact of modernization on the personal effectiveness of economic development in Russia is the key factor in the country’s prosperity.

Abstract
A person assimilates a new socio-cultural environment by gaining experience and practices in relationships with people of a different ethnic culture. The discontent of the indigenous inhabitants is neither with the alien ethnic and cultural specificity of the newcomers, nor with a different faith, but with their maladaptation to the context of the city in which they live, understanding the new environment only as the economic environment on the basis of their own socio-cultural standards. Under such conditions culture becomes a means of separation.
