Abstract
The article is devoted to the time aspects of self-identity. Time and self-identity are understood as a moduses of consciousness, i.e. as another kind of being of each other. The purpose of the article is the description of self-identity in the form of time relations. In such a way we prove the coincidence of the time and self-identity at the level of principles of their organization. The analysis is performed in the basis of ideas of phenomenology, existentialism and data of experimental psychology and physiology.

Abstract
The article dwells on Czeżowski's theory of common notions, which is based on special view of the generalisation. Due to Czeżowski's original approach nominalism of Lwów-Warsaw school was severely criticized. Also it enabled him to suggest constructive conception of realism in debate on universals.

Abstract
This article analyses the current state of the Russian education system, the results of comparativist international researches in this field as well as a large array of social data. On this basis, the author reveals the main trends of the Russian educational policy, its near- and medium-term prospects. In his view, modern Russia has not overcome the effects of intellectual, moral, and spiritual disasters originating in the 1990s. Moreover, to overcome these disasters requires a new education policy.

Abstract
In this article the author depicts the issue of lost interrelation between the legal sciences and philosophy. The proposal is made to integrate the provisions of modern cognitive theory into the science of criminal procedure and the theory of proof which is still bound by the concepts formed under Marxist-Leninist cognitive theory. Several problems of procedural cognition are demonstrated for solution of which new developments and achievements of modern philosophy should be applied.

Abstract
The indeterminate status of philosophy of law in disciplinary and epistemological aspects is problematized and discussed in this paper. The causes and reasons of this problem are analyzed as well as the strategy of its further evolution. Perspectives are estimated as to the new paradigm of socio-humanitarian knowledge development, in which the philosophy of law could play the fundamental role for new conceptualization of law without ideological determinations.

Abstract
This article discusses and substantiates the relevance and necessity of philosophical and legal knowledge as a factor in the evolution of modern civilization. The current increase in the value of the philosophy of law is associated primarily with the national tradition, in which were created and formed the philosophical and legal ideas and meanings. We consider the cultural and historical context as a condition of continuity of ideas, meanings and directions. The paper reveals the importance of philosophy of law as a cultural formation associated not only with the legal culture of society and the individual, but, above all, his sense of justice. The author also substantiates the status of legal philosophy as an interdisciplinary field of knowledge.

Abstract
Alienation of the masses from the culture becomes one of the most actual problems and practical salvation of this problem is needed. At the same time, one can say, that this problem cannot be solved, because it is an attribute of the mass society, result of the modernization. But is it so? Author shows, that retrospective analysis of the historical practices demonstrates the existence of some attempts to overcome such alienation of masses from the culture. One of such attempts was practices of Proletkult undertaken in revolutionary Russia.

Abstract
The author tries to show the connection between faith, knowledge, religion and rationality in the modern post-secular philosophy. He offers to analyze natural phenomena by the increase in quantity and quality of system connections. This will help to model the development of human and humankind under the modern crisis. It is important to observe processes with a maximally long period.
