Abstract
Author shows that in Russia capitalist globalization generated the world of simulacra and, in particular, simulative consumption. As the result human being is determined by brands. Simulacra are the result of the development of the relations of alienation, generated by the determination of social life by the private interest. Culture, which always was the alternative to the world of alienation, has become the sphere of creation of the products of alienation. Оne can fnd аlternatives to such world in new social practices, where individual can become the creator of the history and culture.

Abstract
Modernization of non-Western countries has been of catching up with the West nature and essentially never ended up. Concepts of modernization have changed today due to changing character of social processes. Modernization is analyzed in the paper in the overall context of the changing traits of social processes that have become nonlinear, turbulent, more complex, fraught with conficts, fragmented and dependent on risks.

The article considers one of the problems most discussed today - the correlation of management and values. It concerns the principles of business success at any level -from local to global - where values are of central importance. The author provides a comparative description of corporate values in different cultures and explores value-based conditions of successful management.

Abstract
The author compares A. Bergson’s and G. Bachelard’s conceptions of time. Bachelard in works «The Intuition of the Instant» and «The Dialectic of Duration» rejects the Bergson’s doctrine of duration and expounds his own conception based on the concept of instant. In Bachelard’s opinion, just the instant is the distinguishing feature of time, while an idea of continuity of time does not allow to understand the essence of freedom, change, creative act.

The article is devoted to the examination of late concept by М. Merleau-Ponty. According to the author, the interpretation of being and sensory experience, proposed by the philosopher in this period, is in good agreement with the actual artistic practice.

Abstract
This study examines the concept of collective memory through an investigation of Paul Ricœur’s interpretation of this concept in his work La mémoire, l’histoire, l’oubli . In presenting a critical reading of the analogy Ricœur establishes between collective and personal memory, the author argues that this analogy risks excluding those dimensions of collective memory which cannot be comprehended through such an analogy. The attempt is then made to surmount this diffculty through an analysis of collective memory in relation to its symbolic and metapersonal sources.

Abstract
The present article`s objectif is to discover a conceptual basis of the Jacques Poulains critics of the semiotics and the pragmatic philosophy, to show in this perspective the pragmatic transformation of the human being and of the culture. There is the identifcation of validity conditions of an individual and social experience with the semiotic nature and with consensual forms, which lies at the heart of pragmatic transformation of the modern human being.

There are no any metaphysical dimensions in Modern culture. Power tries be based on different cultural institutes. However institutes can’t resolve this problem. The problem has two complementary solutions: making of brainpower and liberation of thinking.

Michel Foucault’s theory of power is analyzed in the article from the point of view of the character of power manifestations in contemporary culture and the forms of resistance generated by them. Cultural spaces have been singled out where these forms are expressed in the form of various cultural practices.

The article presents the consideration of different aspects of mutual relations between government and Church in modern Russia. From this attitude justifcation of Church’s claims for the role of supreme arbiter in the matters of culture and morality and also substantiality of notions concerning «earthliness» and «decay of morality» in society as the heritage of the «epoch of atheism» are analyzed.
