THE FUTURE OF RUSSIA: STRATEGY OF PHILOSOPHICAL COMPREHENSION. MAN. PERSON. CITIZEN

7-26
Abstract
The article philosophically interprets patriotism and examines pedagogical, educational, and methodological aspects of patriotic education in general schools as an important component of the modern educational process. The author gives an explanation, why a teacher, not having a professional right to introduce any political dissociation into children’s environment, nevertheless has a duty to take the responsibility in the purposeful formation of each pupil’s feelings and personal aspirations embodied in the patriotism, a concept of which is historically important for every nation. The author reveals the historical aspiration of teachers to find ways for increasing the effectiveness of the process of purposeful formation of patriotism as a social need, designed to serve the interests of certain social entities, connected by the unity of origin, culture, language and, certainly, realized necessity of self-protection and development. The article argues that the teaching of patriotism as a separate subject will become effective only when the emotional response will be found in a child’s soul. That is the fundamental basis for the pedagogical solution for the problem of patriotic upbringing.

Abstract
Sophian tradition is presented as one of the most important areas in the his-tory of Russian thought, art and culture. Sophia penetrated from Byzantium to Rus after its baptism in the impact of the vector of southern civilization. It mani- fested itself in architecture, iconography, literature, liturgical action, shaping figurative and symbolic view of the world. The image of Sophia arose as a result of contamination of the ancient patron of the arts and the arts of Athe-na Pallada and the virgin of Wisdom from the old Testament part of the Bible, which erected the temple on seven pillars, and called to come and get enough of the Supreme knowledge. A special place is given to Russian sophiology in the person of Vladimir Solovyov, Pavel Florensky, Sergius Bulgakov. The article notes increased interest in sophistic topics, literature and art related. There is ongoing debate about the Genesis and content of Sofia, which pre-Christian and beyond Christian ideas are present, which makes it even more mysterious and attractive.

Abstract
The article discusses the nature of thought according to the views of Old Russian scribes. The reconstruction of texts is carried out with the use of the methodology of the semiotic approach. The author draws parallels with the ideas of the thinkers of the Neoplatonic tradition and practicing ascetics. According to the ancient Russian code of texts "Palea Tolkovaya" (Explanatory Paleia) the power of thought is determined by the measure of moral purity. In the perception of achaic and medieval man in the visible surrounding nature, invisible living forces acted, which, depending on the symbolic language of a particular culture, had different names and were described in different ways. Human life was thought of as inseparable from the forces of nature and heavenly patrons. How was the communication between the inhabitants of the living universe understood? With the help of thought. In a clear and simple form, these ideas are explained in the Explanatory Paleia, which in the style of presentation can be attributed to the so-called folk science, at the same time, the analysis of the contexts of the Christian spiritual tradition reveals the connection of the text with the creations of Christian theologians and practicing ascetics. In a wider context, the article compares with the understanding of the nature of thought in Russian cosmism and in social communications in the digital age.

Abstract
The author of the article analyzes the specificity of philosophical meanings in the text, representing the genre of Christian exegesis. Philosophical problems of Paleia connected with the explanation of the conceptual basis of the world with detailed characteristic spheres of life. The author of Paleia creates a three-level picture of the world on the basis of doctrina: 1) the scope of transcendental divine depth; 2) noumenal sphere of angels on the border of the divine infinity and the physical part of the universe; 3) the natural world, the lower part of which is the hell. Each level has its own ontological characteristics: 1) Absolute has signs of beginningless and endless, it is above all things; 2) angels have spiritual bodies, they are created, but eternal. Angels perform service functions such as connected to the world of God; 3) nature is rough and disintegrating ontological essence, its lower part is worthy to be the antithesis of the noumenal world. There are some ideas of cosmology in Paleia Explanatory. But the author builds his own and original cosmological conception. In opinion of author, earth has a flat and round form, and ice hard above it holds out only due to God’s power. This concept is called unsupported. A space model is similar to the space-house in antiochian conception. The walls of this space-house rest on the edge of the land and keep the ice hard. Anthropological views are analyzed in Paleia on the basis of the dual ontology. The article shows the influence of the antique ideas on the interpretation of human nature. A lot of copies reflect the influence of Paleia’s ideas in the public consciousness in Ancient Rus.

Abstract
The article attempts to explicate the philosophical foundations and criteria for legal progress. The author believes that legal progress is, first of all, a substantial and permanent increase in the degree of moral and legal freedom and justice based on the values of law, regulatory and constitutive norms, with the help of legal agents, tools and procedures, and also the expansion of social fields of potential opportunities, in which freedom and justice are embodied and intersected. Freedom and justice make possible the situation of a sharp increase in potential opportunities. The growth of both the levels of freedom and justice is to a large extent carried out by a legal (legislative) path. Therefore, if we, guided by the values of freedom and justice, lay the specific imperatives of freedom and justice in the regulatory framework of society, then here is just the multiplier effect: freedom and justice in norms (law) generate freedom and justice in potential opportunities, and the last expand again the normative basis of freedom and justice. In this case, legal progress looks like a combination of legislative actions that increase the level of freedom and justice. So, the increase in the levels of freedom and justice, the expansion of the totality of the potential opportunities - these are the main philosophical criteria for assessing legal reality.

Abstract
The cultural policy is an integral part of Russia as a local independent civilization. A civilizational approach to the development of culture in Russia qualitatively alters the research of these processes and enables scenarios of its development. The proposed analysis may generate the development of three scenarios: progressive, retrogressive and stagnating. This research examines the development of these scenarios in the cultural policy of the Russian civilization in the post-Soviet period. The task of this work is to solve the problem of introducing a new algorithm - “cultural policy”, which includes more specific algorithms. As a civilizational algorithm, “cultural policy” is a concept that denotes an essential feature of the cultural and economic system (matrix) of the local civilization. The main principle of cultural policy as an algorithm of the “spiritual and cultural matrix” of modern Russia is the provision that the spiritual and value basis of this civilization, adapted to modern realities, should be included in the basis of the state-formed cultural policy.

Abstract
The international migration of the population has acquired a global character, affecting many countries in the world. All states are bound by economies, therefore, the legal regulation of entry into the territory of another state is a significant factor in the relations between states. In this process illegal migration has become a global problem affecting the economic crisis. Illegal labor migration is controlled by the stakeholders in countries of origin of these mi-grants. With the increasing migration flow in Russia, the number of interethnic conflicts sharply increases. The only possible solution to prevail the acute situation is to reduce the number of migrants that is available only through the introduction of a visa regime. The conclusion of bilateral and multilateral agreements on readmission is an important direction in the migration policy of the Russian Federation. Readmission allows not only to combat illegal migration, but also to improve the level of security of their country. The agreement on readmission is a civilized decision-making on the fate of a particular migrant, which involves two sides. The negotiation process of the Russian Federation with the CIS member states, the countries of the far abroad, and first of all with China on the preparation of international treaties on readmission continues. The international cooperation on readmission is an effective counteraction to illegal migration, which is necessary to comply with the principles and norms of international law.
