Abstract
The history of genesis and development of the Minsk methodological school as a specific socio-cognitive phenomenon and also the role of academician Stepin V.S. in its formation and consolidation as specific research group are considered in the article. The special attention is devoted to the problem of sociocultural engagement of science and its interpretations which have been elaborated in research works of representatives of the Minsk methodological school. It is also pointed out that last years this problematic is more and more coordinated with the analysis of science transformation, change of its structure and functions in conditions of transition from industrial to postindustrial styles of life and reconsideration of science status in culture of postmodernity.

Abstract
The article covers pre-history of formation of Minsk methodological school of 1970-80-s. It presents some material from pre-war and after-war Belarusian history. The main factors and conditions of possible formation of such school (well-developed component of natural sciences in Belarusian culture and society of that period, including high level of physics and corresponding to it university education) are explicated.

Abstract
The article examines the role of value orientation in biomedical, genetic and nanotechnology research. The author uses postnonclassical rationality and transdisciplinary synergetic methodology to uncover the mechanics of the value anthropological turn in modern bioethics and defend the necessity of moral and legal regulation and improvement of the human biosecurity system.

Abstract
The article analyzes the overcoming of anti-psychologism, which was the characteristic point of postmodern culture. This article discusses two strategies of such overcoming proposed by philosophy. Caused by these strategies substantial transformation in the culture led to the formation of a new cultural paradigm - the post-postmodern, revising the basic reason of postmodern culture and marks the turn to neoclassicism.

The article investigates the social content of the historical development of monetary systems and financial institutions. The social history of money is conceived as a process of money systems and financial institutions development under the influence of conflict between interests of acting and financial elites, classes and intraclass groups, state and private money. It performs the analysis of the neoconservative social project and monetary policy on modern society and social, economic and political consequences of the neoconservative revolution in Western countries.

In this article a dual character of risk as a phenomenon is revealed. On the one hand, it is unfavorable conditions, lack of full security guarantees and other negative phenomena; on the other hand, - business success, moral satisfaction and high self-estimation resulted from overcoming a risk situation, fulfilling challenging work. Risk daring is viewed not as light-minded courage but as an innovative and socially justified action conducted in complicated conditions, thus society should increase social and other guarantees for success of these activities.

The paper attempts to rethink a number of stereotypes, established since the time of Engels and settled in Soviet philosophy, on the understanding of the nature and specifics of the German philosophy of the late 18th and the first third of 19th centuries. The article explains the importance of significant adjustments to the existing lecture courses, especially for students-philosophers and the preparation of new textbooks devoted to the analysis of this intellectual tradition in order to bring educational material in accordance with existing today serious developments in the field of historical and philosophical studies.

The article examines the spiritual values of East Slavic peoples, the preservation and cultivation of which would preserve history and uniqueness of East Slavic community in the globalized world. It is emphasized that, at present, East Slavic nations should interact with each other and implement the project of the East Slavic civilization, using their rich spiritual potential and historical experience.

Abstract
The article analyzes the features of the religious situation in modern Belarus on the basis of generalizing official statistics, sociological, socio-geographical and comprehensive analytical research data. The main features of the religious situation in the Republic of Belarus, such as expressed poly-confessional, moderate religious population, the transforming character of the religious sphere in the presence of stable historical landmarks based on these data are determined.

The article analyzes dissertations in Philosophy in Belarus in 1991-2013 гг., methods of French version of ‘sociology of philosophy’ are used. Existing scientific specialties in Philosophy in their historical relation to the Soviet period are explicated. The dissertations are classified according to the period of defence and scientific specialty.
